My name is Gemma Joy Frith! I am an ocean lover and a passionate self-help advocate, especially for women and extra-specially for empathetic women like myself. Under my ABN I deliver coaching and empowerment programs. I also offer contract services in Vocational Education and Training and project management. I also love to write in my spare time, and on this site you will find some of my written works.

My Story

I had a very busy childhood. As some may understand, a busy childhood impacts on children in different ways. I needed a guiding light, a promise, a purpose, a meaning to the madness.

Upon graduation from high-school I flew the coop, straight into a Bachelor of Business. I wanted to be a hotel manager. I completed my degree and after a decade in hospitality, I realized with dismay that this was not my purpose.

After a very anxious career pivot, I decided to focus on my passion 'helping people who are helping themselves'. I moved strategically into Vocational Education and Training.

All throughout my journey, the inner me was searching for a purpose. It was not until I unpacked my story, that I realized that my purpose was to go back and find that 13 year old me and be the guiding light for her.
