I’m a coach, writer, ocean lover, and a passionate advocate for self-help. My background bridges the corporate and personal development worlds, spanning everything from frontline operations to senior corporate leadership. My current role is coaching VET providers on compliance and assurance with the incredible team at Vivacity.
Under my own ABN, I channel my experiences into delivering empowering coaching programs tailored specifically for women, especially introverted, empathetic women like myself. Currently upskilling in counselling, hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy, my mission is to help women build authentic resilience and purpose.

My Story
I had a very busy childhood. As some may understand, a busy childhood impacts on children in different ways. I needed a guiding light at a pivotal time in development, I needed meaning in the madness.
Upon graduation from high-school I jumped straight into a Bachelor of Business. I wanted to be a hotel manager. I completed my degree and after a decade in hospitality, I realized that this was not my purpose.
After a very anxious career pivot, I decided to focus on my passion 'helping people who are helping themselves'. I wanted to be there for people who were really trying, to let them know I was in their corner. The first company that came to mind when I envisioned this, was TAFE.
TAFE was incredibly difficult to get in to, I knew it wasn't what you knew, it was who you knew. So I worked in smaller companies to learn the RTO ropes. Then I found someone on LinkedIn who I spoke to for two years, until she finally agreed me to give me a junior-level position. Over the next decade, I worked my way up through auditing, compliance and teaching to senior-level assessment content development and project management positions at over $150K package. But the money was not motivating me and I still didn't feel like I had 'impact'.
So I took a big leap. And I started this business. And whether I help 1 young person, or 1 million, it will be worth it.
All throughout my journey, the inner me was searching for a purpose. It was not until I unpacked my story, that I realized that my purpose is to go back and find that 13-year-old me and be the guiding light for her. This is my newest adventure.
