My name is Gemma Joy Frith and my background bridges the corporate and personal development worlds, spanning everything from frontline operations to senior corporate leadership. I draw on my extensive knowledge of Vocational Education and Training to coach VET providers on compliance and assurance.
Under my own ABN, I combine structured, outcome-driven frameworks with holistic wellbeing strategies. I am the founder of tailored personal development programs designed to foster resilience, self-acceptance, and meaningful growth in individuals navigating key life transitions, leading to changed perceptions of reality. I am currently upskilling into Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy.
